Who are we and what are we doing?

Picture
wee keep company is a space and a commitment to collaborative process, organized by a family of thinkers and makers: Rachel Anderson-Rabern (Theatre), Atticus Rabern (Games) and Alf Rabern (Legos). Our interests in experiencing and facilitating collaborative creative practice, motivates our on-going development of an arts and thinking space that we can enjoy and also offer to others. As our space takes shape, we cultivate and revise a collection of values. Here are some of them:
  • Research is creative
  • Theatre-making and other embodied practices are forms of thinking
  • It can be very productive to kindly disagree
  • Doing the same thing at the same time isn't the only way, or necessarily the best way, to collaborate
  • Freely given laughter and dance bring great joy
  • Yurts
  • Compassion
  • Cats
  • It is very good to seek out playfulness
  • We all play in different ways
